Cody first started working with special needs children at age 16 while volunteering at summer school and quickly developed a passion. Over a decade later, Cody has helped learning disabled children of all ages through multiple roles as a Para-educator, Behavior Technician, ABA therapist, and Special Education Teacher. Few people have such comprehensive experience of how the system works and figuring out what each individual child needs.
